We collect information you provide directly: name, email, organization details, bidding activity, and payment information processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners. We also collect technical data such as device, browser, and IP address to operate the service securely.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the platform, process bids and payments, send receipts and auction notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data with service providers strictly required to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). When you bid in an auction, the hosting organization receives the information needed to fulfill the item.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction data as long as your account is active or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your rights
